we also do recommend a deep scrub of checking every app to make sure they are still alive and being supported by their developers. This takes time as some of them need to sourced, installed on several devices and done one at a time. this can be done as often as you deem necessary however we recommend at least once a month:
1-50 apps $75 USD
51-100 apps $100 USD
101-250 apps $150 USD

So for example, if you would like to start up a personalized Filelinked store of 50 apps or less it would cost the following:
